goon 15 545 <br />-5- <br />Section 4: The secretary shall prepare the agenda for the <br />meeting. A request to have an item of business placed on the <br />agenda must be received at least seven (7) working days before the <br />meeting. Any Board member may have, by a timely request, an item <br />placed on the agenda. The Board may add, by majority vote, an item <br />that is not on the agenda. <br />Article VIII. Voting <br />Section 1: on all questions, including the election of <br />officers, each local Board of Health member shall have one (1) <br />vote, which vote shall be cast by the member. <br />Section 2: No business shall be conducted without a-„quorum. <br />Article IX. Amendments <br />These by-laws may be amended at any meeting of the Board of County <br />Commissioners provided such amendment(s) shall first have been: <br />1) submitted to the local Board of Health members at least <br />sixty (60) days prior to the Board of Health meeting on <br />which a vote is to occur and; <br />0] 4 <br />2) endorsed with a two-thirds vote of the local Board of <br />Health. <br />
