Public Works Director Bobby Johnson told the Board <br />this piece of equipment was purchased in 1978 but is no longer needed <br />at the landfill. After some discussion Commissioner Paschal moved to <br />declare the equipment surplus property and authorize sealed bids to <br />be solicited. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered recommendations of the Planning Board. <br />Planner Leisa Power told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the petition request by Marshall and Sandra Kelly to <br />rezone 9.8 acres of land on the northern side of Sellars Road from <br />Heavy Industrial District to Residential Agricultural District. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve the Planning Boards' <br />recommendation. Commissioner <br />Stafford moved to approve the Planning Boards' recommendation.
