014 <br />Community Conference Room at the Lee County Government Center, with <br />all members present, to meet jointly with the Lee County Board of <br />Education to discuss school construction projects. <br />Chairperson Matthews called the meeting to order and welcomed <br />the Lee County School Board members. <br />The Board briefly discussed the Cumnock water lines. After some <br />discussion Commissioner Garner moved to table the matter. Upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered school construction projects with the Lee <br />County Board of Education. A presentation was given for plans for <br />the Administrative Office Building on Bragg Street and additions at <br />East and West Lee Middle Schools by Architect Bill Doggett. After <br />much discussion it was the general consensus of both Boards to <br />support what the Board of Education was doing. No action was taken <br />on the matter. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, <br />Commissioner Garner moved to adjourn the meeting. Upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously <br />and the meeting adjourned. <br />Bertha L.
