County Manager William Cowan went over various options for <br />the building. He told the Board that Anderson Development <br />Corporation of Winston Salem, North Carolina, seemed to have the best <br />arrangement for this property and the project could be started in <br />60-90 days if approved. After some discussion Commissioner Reives <br />moved to enter into an agreement with Anderson Development <br />Corporation to develope the Wilrik Building as an elderly housing <br />facility.
