MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * FEBRUARY 7, 1994 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, February 7, 1994, in the Commissioner's Room, Lee County Government J Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina. Those present were Commissioners John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; Bertha L. Matthews; Nathan E. Paschal; Robert T. Reives; William C. Stafford, Jr.; and Gordon A. Wicker. Chairperson Matthews presided and the following business was transacted: Commissioner Hubert Garner delivered the invocation. The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the regular January 18, 1994, Board of Commissioners meeting. Commissioner Reives moved to approve the minutes as the official record of said meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the regular January 21, 1994, Finance Committee meeting. Commissioner Reives moved to approve the minutes as the official record of said meeting. Upon a vote, of Committee members only, the results were as follows Aye: Dossenbach, Reives, and Wicker Nay: None The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the regular January 31, 1994, Building, Grounds & Utilities Committee meeting. Commissioner Paschal moved to approve the minutes as the official record of said meeting. Upon a vote, of Committee members only, the results were as follows: 001 1
