Oll book 15 Fr,tE 605 Attorney Ron Perkinson of 205 Courtland Drive, representing Mr. Herb Keith, spoke in favor of the rezoning request for Mr. Keith. Rev. Clarence Gunter of 812 Cox Maddox Road, pastor of the United Church of Christ, and Brodie W. Parker, Sr. of 7513 Deep River Road spoke in opposition to the rezoning request. C. Petition by Nancy Wenger to rezone from Residential Restricted District to Residential Mixed Conditional Use District 2.94 acres of land on the western side of Hawkins Avenue at 3509, 3511, 3513, and 3515 Hawkins Avenue for the continuation of an existing non-conforming manufactured home park containing four lots and for the approval of this non-conforming manufactured home park as a conforming land use. Mrs. Nancy Wenger of 3521 Hawkins Avenue spoke in favor of the rezoning request. No one spoke in opposition to the rezoning request. D. Public hearing to consider the proposed amendment to The Zoning Ordinance of Lee County North Carolina to delete the following: If. a minimum of twelve hundred (1,200) square feet of interior space." No one spoke in favor or opposition to the proposed amendment. Commissioner Stafford moved to close the public hearings.
