Clarence Gunter of 812 Cox Maddox Road, pastor of the <br />United Church of Christ, and Brodie W. Parker, Sr. of 7513 Deep River <br />Road spoke in opposition to the rezoning request. <br />C. Petition by Nancy Wenger to rezone from Residential <br />Restricted District to Residential Mixed Conditional Use District <br />2.94 acres of land on the western side of Hawkins Avenue at 3509, <br />3511, 3513, and 3515 Hawkins Avenue for the continuation of an <br />existing non-conforming manufactured home park containing four lots <br />and for the approval of this non-conforming manufactured home park as <br />a conforming land use. <br />Mrs. Nancy Wenger of 3521 Hawkins Avenue spoke in favor of the <br />rezoning request. <br />No one spoke in opposition to the rezoning request. <br />D. Public hearing to consider the proposed amendment to <br />The Zoning Ordinance of Lee County North Carolina to delete the <br />following: If. a minimum of twelve hundred (1,200) square feet of <br />interior space." <br />No one spoke in favor or opposition to the proposed amendment. <br />Commissioner Stafford moved to close the public hearings.
