001 Dons 15 Fr,t.~ 595 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * MARCH 21, 1994 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, March 21, 1994, in the Commissioners's Room, Lee County Government Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina. Those present were Commissioners John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; Bertha L. Matthews; Nathan E. Paschal; Robert T. Reives; William C. Stafford, Jr.; and Gordon A. Wicker. J Chairperson Matthews presided and the following business was transacted: County Manager William Cowan delivered the invocation. The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the regular February 21, 1994, Board of Commissioners meeting. Commissioner Garner moved to approve the minutes as the official record of said meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the recessed February 28, 1994, Board of Commissioners meeting. Commissioner Reives moved to approve the minutes as the official record of said meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the February 28, 1994, Building, Grounds & Utilities Committee meeting.
