e <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Hoyle told the Board the Planning Board recommended approval <br />of the petition by Nancy Rose Wenger to rezone from Residential <br />District to Residential Mixed Conditional Use District 2.94 acres of <br />land on the western side of Hawkins Avenue at 3509, 3511, 3513, and <br />3515 Hawkins Avenue for the continuation of an existing <br />non-conforming manufactured home park containing four lots. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to approve the recommendation of the <br />Planning Board. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Hoyle told the Board the Planning Board recommended approval <br />of the Final Subdivision Plat for Farmstead Subdivision, Section IV, <br />in the Lemon Springs area. Commissioner Reives moved to approve the <br />final Subdivision Plat for the Farmstead Subdivision, Section IV. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered dates for the Board of Equalization and <br />Review. Tax Administrator Nathan Crissman discussed with the Board <br />various dates. After some discussion it was decided for the Board to <br />be sworn in at 9:00 A.M. on May 2, 1994. Closing date and time for <br />appeals will be at 5:00 P.M., May 16, 1994, and appeals will be heard <br />from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M., on May 16, 1994. <br />The Board considered moving the Food Pantry from the Department <br />of Social Services. Social Services Director Diane Lamb told the <br />Board that her department needs the space the Food Pantry is <br />currently using. After some discussion Commissioner Garner moved to <br />ask the Food Pantry to vacant the Social Services area by October 1, <br />1994.
