BouB 15 rrcr 695 <br />Legislation and the 1994-95 Secondary Road Construction Program <br />proposes to pave 1.80 miles; and therefore, the remainder of funds <br />received in addition to $258,563 be utilized for paved secondary road <br />improvement projects, spot stabilization of unpaved secondary roads, <br />and additional paving of unpaved roads as far as funds will allow. <br />WHEREAS, It is proposed to utilize $155,000 of Secondary Road <br />Construction Funds and $80,000 of Secondary Road Trust Funds for a <br />total of $235,000 to pave the following unpaved road construction <br />projects: <br />A. Paving unpaved Subdivision/Residential Roads as far <br />as right-of-way and funding will allow. <br />PRIORITY 1F Grade, Drain, Base, Pave and Erosion Control - <br />SR 1164 from SR 1162 to SR 1163 - 0.80 mile <br />Secondary Road Construction Fund <br />Estimated Cost and Allocation - $110,000.00 <br />PRIORITY 9 Grade, Drain, Base, Pave and Erosion Control - <br />SR 1369 from US #1 to Dead End - 0.40 mile <br />Secondary Road Construction Fund <br />Estimated Cost and Allocation - $45,000.00 <br />B. Paving unpaved Rural Roads as far as right-of-way <br />and funding will allow. <br />PRIORITY 2F Grade, Drain, Base, Pave and Erosion Control - <br />SR 1159 from SR 1144 to End of Pavement - 0.60 mile <br />Secondary Road Trust Fund <br />Estimated Cost and Allocation - $80,000.00 <br />C. Retain approximately $11,113 of the Secondary Road <br />Construction Funds and approximately $12,450 of <br />the Secondary Road Trust Funds for a total of <br />$23,563 for road additions, property owner <br />participation projects, rural volunteer fire <br />department driveways, countywide surveys, <br />overdrafts, and other small projects. <br />BE IT RESOLVED THAT, The Division of Highways of the Department of <br />Transportation proceed with these projects as <br />far as right-of-way and secondary road <br />allocations for Fiscal Year 1994-95 will allow. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Paschal, Reives and Stafford <br />Nay: None <br />The Vice Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />005 <br />5 <br />
