Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Paschal, Reives and Stafford Nay: None The Vice Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board considered a Resolution authorizing execution and delivery of documents to implement, develop and continue a program component complementary to the program of the Lee County Department of Social Services. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve the following Resolution: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS TO IMPLEMENT, DEVELOP, AND CONTINUE A PROGRAM COMPONENT OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION SERVICES COMPLEMENTARY TO THE PROGRAM OF THE LEE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee recognizes the importance and desirability of having vocational rehabilitation services within the program of service offered by the Lee County Department of Social Services; and WHEREAS, there have been submitted to this meeting forms of the following documents: (a) Budget: a copy of which is attached to this resolution and by this reference incorporated herein; (b) Agreement between the North Carolina Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services and the Lee County Department of Social Services (hereafter Agreement); a copy of which is attached to this resolution and by this reference incorporated herein; and WHEREAS, the County Attorney has approved of the form of such documents; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee as follows: Section 1.
