Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Paschal, Reives and Stafford <br />Nay: None <br />The Vice Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />County Attorney K. R. Hoyle told the Board the County Manager's <br />office has been supplied with a revised FCC-393 review for Crown <br />Cable-Lee County which reflects the intended FCC-393 submission by <br />Crown Cable. A public hearing must be held to hear comments of <br />interested members of the public concerning regulating rates for <br />basic service and all customer premises installations and equipment <br />for cable television in those areas of Lee County outside the city <br />limits. <br />No one spoke for or in opposition concerning the matter. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to close the public hearing. Upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Paschal, Reives and Stafford <br />Nay: None <br />The Vice Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Paschal moved to approve an order, a copy of which <br />is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part <br />hereof, regulating Crown Cable's-Lee County basic service, equipment <br />and installation rates. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Paschal, Reives and Stafford <br />Nay: None <br />The Vice Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to open the public hearing on the <br />proposed FY 1994-95 Lee County Budget and the 5-Year Capital <br />Improvements Plan (CIP).
