R. Hoyle explained to the Board the <br />procedures for establishing a water service district and outlined <br />procedures to be used for the district. <br />Mr. Max Hall of 5537 Cumnock Road and Mr. Jack Hall of 5625 <br />Cumnock Road spoke in favor of the district and asked that the <br />project be undertaken as soon as possible. <br />Mrs. Evelyn Spivey of 5544 Cumnock Road asked that only one tap <br />be installed for her mother-in-law's home and daughter's home. <br />County Attorney K. R. Hoyle told the Board and Mrs. Spivey the County <br />water policy stipulated that each residence must have a separate tap. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to close the public hearing for the <br />Cumnock Water Service District.
