see wir 721 <br />Mrs. Laura Young of 7500 Deep River Road spoke concerning <br />appointments to the Sanford-Lee County Airport Authority. She <br />discussed experiences she had had with the Airport Authority <br />concerning requests she had made and minutes not recorded accurately. <br />She asked that the Commissioners look at standards of conduct for <br />each Board/Commission they appoint. She feels the Airport Authority <br />has not met the standards. No action was taken on the matter. <br />At this time Finance Director Lisa Minter passed out the revised <br />budget ordinance and Tax Levy for FY 1994-95. Commissioner Reives <br />moved to approve the Budget Ordinance and Tax Levy for FY 1994-95 and <br />Resolution for the 5-Year Capital Improvements Program for FY 1994-95 <br />- FY 1998-99, a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by <br />this reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives and Stafford <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered budget amendments <br />06/27/94/23.
