Upon <br />a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved the meeting be adjourned. Upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously <br />and the Board took a five minute recess. <br />Upon returning from the recess, with all members present, the <br />regular Board of Commissioners meeting resumed. <br />Commissioner Stafford delivered the invocation. <br />Chairperson Matthews read a certificate of appreciation to James <br />French and Commissioner Reives presented Mr. French with the <br />certificate. <br />The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the regular July <br />18, 1994, Board of Commissioners meeting. Commissioner Stafford <br />moved to approve the minutes as the official record of said meeting. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />2 <br />
