0 0 Oil <br />NOOK 15, pt'a 813 <br />Planning Director Trevis Averett told the Board an extension of a <br />Letter of Credit for Doe Run Subdivision, Section II, lots 17 and 18 <br />expired July 27, 1994, for the improvements of water lines and street <br />paving. He asked the Board to approve a credit renewal for <br />$20,000.00. Commissioner Garner moved approval of the credit renewal <br />for $20,000.00 for Doe Run Subdivision Section II, lots 17 and 18. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett asked the Board for approval of a performance <br />guarantee for Doe Run Subdivision, Section II, lots 19-38, for water <br />line and street and storm drainage improvements. The amount of <br />guarantee needs to be in the amount of $130,000.00 and run for a <br />period of one year. Commissioner Garner moved to approve a <br />performance guarantee for Doe Run Subdivision, Section II, lots <br />19-38, in the amount of $130,000.00 for a one year period. Upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Garner and County Manager William Cowan gave the <br />Board a report on a recent meeting with officials from the City of <br />Sanford concerning purchasing water for county wide water. <br />The Board considered amending Section 3 from the Lee County <br />Zoning Ordinance, Temporary Occupancy Permit for Class B and Class C <br />Manufactured Homes. After some discussion Commissioner Paschal moved <br />to hold a public hearing at the next meeting on September 6, 1994, at <br />9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached on the <br />agenda.
