5 <br />BOOK 15 p,~~ ~3~ 0 0 9 <br />and <br />IT APPEARING to the Board that Crown filed its FCC Forms 1200, <br />1205, and 1215 on August 15, 1994; and <br />IT FURTHER APPEARING that the County of Lee (County) completed a <br />preliminary review of Crown's FCC Forms 1200, 1205, and 1215 on <br />August 22, 1994. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR <br />LEE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA as follows: <br />1. That Crown provide additional supplementary information, as <br />may be requested by the County's agent, Triangle J Council of <br />Governments, necessary to complete the FCC 1200, 1205, 1215 review. <br />2. The FCC 1200, 1205, and 1215 Benchmark review period is <br />hereby extended for an additional 90 days. <br />Issued by order of the Board of Commissioners for Lee County, <br />North Carolina, on this 12th day of September, 1994. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered purchasing "Welcome to Lee County" signs to <br />be placed on the main highways coming into Lee County. Commissioner <br />Dossenbach moved to appropriate $3,300 to purchase "Welcome to Lee <br />County" signs. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Chairperson Matthews moved to go into Executive Session to <br />discuss land acquisition and allow School Superintendent Steve Wrenn <br />and School Board member Donald Simpson to participate in the <br />discussion. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously <br />and the Board was in executive session. Following the Board's <br />discussion in executive session, Commissioner Stafford moved the <br />executive session be closed. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />9 <br />
