MR 45 pacf 826 0 01 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF <br />THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />SEPTEMBER 12, 1994 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County <br />of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 3:00 P.M. in the <br />Commissioners' Room at the Lee County Government Center, 106 <br />J Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina. Commissioners' present <br />were John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; Bertha L. Matthews; <br />Nathan E. Paschal; Robert T. Reives; William C. Stafford, Jr.; and <br />Gordon A. Wicker. <br />Chairperson Matthews presided and the following business was <br />transacted: <br />Commissioner Reives delivered the invocation. <br />The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the regular <br />August 15, 1994, Board of Commissioners meeting. Commissioner <br />Matthews moved to approve the minutes as the official record of said <br />meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered the draft of the regular August 24, 1994, <br />Building, Grounds & Utilities Committee meeting. Commissioner <br />Stafford moved to approve the minutes as the official record of said <br />meeting. Upon a vote, of committee members only, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Paschal and Stafford <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered the draft of the recessed September 2, <br />1994, Building, Grounds & Utilities Committee meeting. Commissioner <br />Garner moved to approve the minutes as the official record of said <br />1 <br />
