Van de <br />Reit had withdrawn his request to rezone from Residential <br />Agricultural District to Heavy Industrial Conditional Use District <br />for 10 acres of land on the western side of Jefferson Davis Highway. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of a preliminary plat for Section VII of Winding Creek Farm <br />Subdivision. After much discussion Commissioner Stafford moved to <br />approve the recommendation of the Planning Board.
