BOOR 15 PACE 840 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * OCTOBER 3, 1994 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 9:00 A.M. in the Commissioners' Room at the Lee County Government Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina. Commissioners' present / were John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; Bertha L. Matthews; v Nathan E. Paschal; Robert T. Reives; William C. Stafford, Jr.; and Gordon A. Wicker Chairperson Matthews presided and the following business was transacted: Planning Director Trevis Averett delivered the invocation. The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the regular September 12, 1994, Board of Commissioners meeting. After noting a change, Commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve the minutes as the official record of said meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board considered the draft of the regular September 26, 1994, Building, Grounds & Utilities Committee meeting. Commissioner Paschal moved to approve the minutes as the official record of said meeting. Upon a vote, of committee members only, the results were as follows: The Board considered approval of the agenda. Commissioner Matthews asked that a Resolution from the Board of Education be added to the agenda. Commissioner Garner moved to approve the agenda as printed, with the above addition.
