0 006 <br />Bflfl~ iS PALf 854, <br />Petitioner John Stanley of 3601 Swann Station Road spoke in <br />favor of the rezoning request. <br />The following individuals spoke in opposition to the request: <br />Gilbert Matthews of 5514 Rocky Fork Church Road (representing Saint <br />Andrews Church), Ray Hines of 3509 Swann Station Road, Bob Beachler <br />of 3505 Swann Station Road and Sharon Holland of 8218 Pecan Lane. <br />B. Petition by Mr. Pat Field to rezone from Residential <br />Restricted District to Residential Agricultural District <br />approximately 199.68 acres of land west of Carbonton Road adjoining <br />Winding Creek Farm Subdivision. <br />Mr. Scott Johnson and Mrs. Betty Johnson of 309 Crickett <br />Hearth, representing Mr. Field, spoke in favor of the rezoning <br />request. <br />Ms. Susan Patterson of 100 Mill Pond Road spoke in opposition to <br />the request. <br />Commissioner Stafford moved to close the public hearings with <br />the Planning Board. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to open the public hearing on the <br />proposed Schedules, Standards and Rules for the 1995 property <br />revaluations. Upon a vote, the results were as follow: <br />Aye: Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />No one spoke for or against the the proposed Schedules, <br />Standards and Rules for the 1995 property revaluations. <br />Commissioner Garner moved to close the public hearing.
