0 0 <br />Fos 15 pact 867 <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered recommendations of the Planning Board. <br />Planning Director Trevis Averett presented the following to the <br />Board: <br />Petition by John E. Stanley to rezone from Residential <br />Agricultural District to Residential Restricted District 15.74 acres <br />of land on the northern side of Swanns Station Road. He told the <br />Board the Planning Board recommended approval of this petition. <br />After some discussion commissioner Stafford moved to approve the <br />recommendation of the Planning Board. Upon a vote, the results were <br />as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett gave a report on foundation enclosures for <br />mobile homes. He told the Board a committee of commissioners' Reives <br />and Paschal and Planning Board members James Wicker and Oliver <br />Crawley had met and suggested that the County's Zoning Ordinance be <br />amended to allow the following: <br />- a grace period of 60 days for installation of required <br />foundation enclosure after occupancy when the occupants <br />have suffered a sudden loss of their home due to events <br />such as fire, wind, or flood; <br />- a grace period of 60 days for installation of a masonry <br />foundation enclosure after occupancy when a bond of $50 <br />is posted. <br />A public hearing has been scheduled for November 21, 1994, at 7:00 <br />P.M. concerning amending this zoning ordinance. No action was taken <br />on the matter. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the final plat survey for Penny Carter for a 4.29 acre <br />tract of land located at 117 Bailey Thomas Road owned by Linda O. <br />Gay, which shows the creation of two lots. Commissioner Stafford <br />moved to approve the recommendation of the Planning Board. Upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />008 <br />8 <br />
