Commissioners' present <br />were John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; Bertha L. Matthews; <br />Nathan E. Paschal; Robert T. Reives; William C. Stafford, Jr.; and <br />Gordon A. Wicker. <br />Chairperson Matthews presided and the following business was <br />transacted: <br />Commissioner Hubert Garner delivered the invocation. <br />The following individuals will be responsible for delivering the <br />invocation for the upcoming monthly meetings: <br />January, 1995 <br />County Attorney K. Hoyle <br />November, 1995 <br />Commissioner <br />Gordon Wicker <br />December, 1995 <br />Commissioner <br />Elect Jimmie Cox <br />The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the regular <br />November 7, 1994, Board of Commissioners meeting. Commissioner <br />Garner moved to approve the minutes as the official record of said <br />meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />1 <br />
