Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Finance <br />Commissioner <br />a copy of <br />made a part <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered recommendations of the Planning Board. <br />Planning Director Trevis Averett told the Board the Planning Board <br />recommended the petition by Lloyd Atkins to rezone from Residential <br />Agricultural District to Residential Restricted District 62.67 acres <br />of land located southwest of Farrell Road. Commissioner Dossenbach <br />moved to approve the recommendations of the Planning Board. Upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the petition by Clyde Burge, Agent for Bernice Nicholson, <br />to rezone from Residential Agricultural District to Residential <br />Restricted District 5 acres of land on the eastern side of Edwards <br />Road at 6713 Edwards Road. Commissioner Cox moved to accept the <br />recommendations of the Planning Board. Upon a vote, the results were <br />as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />amending The Zoning Ordinance of Lee County by adding a new "Section <br />3. TEMPORARY OCCUPANCY PERMIT FOR CLASS A, CLASS B, AND CLASS C <br />MANUFACTURED HOMES." The amended Ordinance would allow owners of <br />Class A, Class B, and Class C manufactured homes to apply for a <br />temporary occupancy permit to allow them to occupy such residences <br />prior to completion of the foundation enclosure for a period not to <br />exceed sixty (60) days under the following conditions: <br />(1) when the occupants of the manufactured home have <br />suffered sudden loss or damage of their home due <br />009 <br />9 <br />
