Commissioner Dossenbach moved to go into closed session to approve the minutes from the November 21, 1994, closed session meeting and to consider and give instructions to the attorneys concerning the handling of a claim in the suit of Cynthia D. Applewhite against Lee County et. alls. Commissioner Stafford seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the Board was in closed session.
