A copy of the ordinance is attached to these <br />minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of a preliminary plat - survey for George W. Riddle and <br />Wife. Commissioner Stafford moved to approve the recommendations of <br />the Planning Board. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered assigned parking requests from the Clerk of <br />Courts Office and the Register of Deeds Office. After much <br />discussion commissioner Reives moved to table the matter until all <br />parking lots are completed at the new courthouse. County Manager William Cowan discussed with the <br />Board various change order requests made by Martin Architectural <br />Products, Inc. in the total requested amount of $1,129.00. After <br />some discussion commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve change <br />orders in the amount of $239.00. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />10 <br />
