After some discussion <br />County Manager William Cowan was instructed to find out what other <br />counties are doing and how much they pay for this type of service and <br />report back to the Board at the next meeting. No action was taken on <br />the matter. <br />The Board considered rescheduling the public hearing to the next <br />regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners due to inclement <br />weather. Commissioner Stafford moved to reschedule the public <br />hearing to the next meeting on February 6th and change the meeting <br />time from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with public hearings at 7:00 p.m. <br />The second meeting in February would begin at 9:00 a.m. instead of <br />4:00 p.m. He further stated the County should pick up the cost of <br />re-advertising for this public hearing. Commissioner Cox seconded <br />the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, <br />Commissioner Reives moved to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner <br />Dossenbach seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and <br />the meeting adjourned. <br />F.
