Commissioner Moretz seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />After further discussion Commissioner Reives moved to table the <br />$6,070 request of new funds from the Immunization Program to be used <br />for advertising until information can be received from the Health <br />Department concerning specific details for advertising. Commissioner <br />Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a request from the Library to place the <br />Kenneth Brown Bequest in a separate fund. Finance Director Lisa <br />Minter told the Board the Lee County Library Board of Trustees was <br />asking the Board to approve that funds from the Kenneth Brown Bequest <br />to the library be placed in a separate fund for easier accounting and <br />the accumulation of interest. The current balance for this Bequest <br />is $21,766.94 and is currently located in the Fund Balance account. <br />Commissioner Stafford moved to approve the request to place the <br />Kenneth Brown Bequest in a separate fund for easier accounting and <br />the accumulation of interest. Mrs. Marilou <br />Abele, Executive Director of the Lee County Arts Council had <br />forwarded a letter to the County Manager stating the Arts Council is <br />no longer considering the old school (Lee County Arts. Center) as a <br />viable option to the arts programs. After some discussion <br />commissioner Dossenbach moved to authorize the County Manager to get <br />bids for demolition of the Lee County Arts Center. Commissioner <br />Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />5 <br />
