FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />FEBRUARY 9, 1995 <br />The Capital Improvements Program (CIP) workshop of the Board of <br />Commissioners for the County of Lee, State of North Carolina, was <br />held on Thursday, February 9, 1995, at 7:30 A.M. in the Gordon A. <br />Wicker Community Conference, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North <br />Carolina. Commissioners, present were Jimmie M. Cox; John R. <br />Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; J. Douglas Moretz; William C. <br />Stafford, Jr.; and Gordon A. Wicker. Commissioner Robert T.
