80v 15 PACE 959 <br />0 approval of the final plat for Westbrooke Subdivision, Section IV <br />subject to approval by DOT for street design which has been partially <br />constructed and the Health Department approval for septic tanks. A <br />guarantee of approximately $25,000 will need to be posted for <br />completion of the street improvements. Commissioner Reives moved to <br />approve the recommendations of the Planning Board. Commissioner <br />Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives and wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the preliminary plat for Copper Mine Subdivision. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to accept the recommendation of the <br />Planning Board. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered bids for the purchase of lighting fixtures <br />for Horton and Dalrymple baseball fields.
