Commissioner Cox seconded <br />the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered recommendations of the Planning Board. <br />Planning Director Trevis Averett told the Board the Planning Board <br />recommended approval of the petition by Wayne Spivey to rezone from <br />Residential Agricultural District to Highway Commercial District <br />approximately 1.98 acres of land located at the intersection of <br />Hickory House Road and Jefferson Davis Highway (U.S. No. 1). <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to accept the recommendation of the <br />Planning Board. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the final plat for Barry Wood Subdivision conditioned on <br />completion of review and approval by the Health Department for septic <br />tanks. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to accept the recommendation of <br />the Planning Board. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and <br />upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the final plat for Allen Farms Subdivision subject to: <br />1) completion of review and approval of the lots by the Health <br />Department; 2) sufficient guarantee being posted by the developer for <br />the street and related improvements. Commissioner Dossenbach moved <br />to accept the recommendations of the Planning Board.
