At the last meeting this policy was <br />presented to the Board for consideration and tabled until the County <br />Attorney could work with the Chairperson of the Transportation <br />Advisory Board to rework the policy. After much discussion <br />concerning the proposed policy, Commissioner Moretz moved to table <br />the request until the next regular meeting in March. Commissioner <br />Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered budget amendment # 02/20/95/15 from the <br />Health Department for the Immunization Program, which was tabled at <br />the last meeting. Health Director Eugene Hines told the Board the <br />$6,070.00 involved in this budget amendment would be used for <br />advertising purposes to educate the public on the need for childrens' <br />immunizations. After some discussion Commissioner Reives moved to <br />approve budget amendment # 02/20/95/15, a copy of which is attached <br />to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered approval of the agenda. County Manager <br />William Cowan asked the Board to delete item 6-D (change order for <br />additional security items for the new jail) from the agenda. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve the agenda as printed, with <br />the requested deletion.
