pit 15 pw 947 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * FEBRUARY 20, 1995 The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 9:00 A.M. in the Commissioners' Room at the Lee County Government Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina. Commissioners' present were Jimmie M. Cox; John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; J. Douglas Moretz; Robert T. Reives; and Gordon A. Wicker. Commissioner William C. Stafford, Jr. was out-of-town and unable to attend. Chairman Garner presided and the following business was transacted: County Attorney K. R. Hoyle delivered the invocation. The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the special called February 2, 1995, meeting. Commissioner Cox moved to approve the minutes as the official record of said meeting. Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the February 6, 1995, regular meeting. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve the minutes as the official record of said meeting. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously.
