pit 15 pw 947 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF <br />THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />FEBRUARY 20, 1995 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County <br />of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 9:00 A.M. in the <br />Commissioners' Room at the Lee County Government Center, 106 <br />Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina. Commissioners' present <br />were Jimmie M. Cox; John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; J. <br />Douglas Moretz; Robert T. Reives; and Gordon A. Wicker. Commissioner <br />William C. Stafford, Jr. was out-of-town and unable to attend. <br />Chairman Garner presided and the following business was <br />transacted: <br />County Attorney K. R. Hoyle delivered the invocation. <br />The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the special <br />called February 2, 1995, meeting. Commissioner Cox moved to approve <br />the minutes as the official record of said meeting. Commissioner <br />Dossenbach seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the February 6, <br />1995, regular meeting. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve the <br />minutes as the official record of said meeting. Commissioner Moretz <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the February 9, <br />1995, Capital Improvements Program Workshop meeting.
