The Soil Engineer working on the <br />project has questioned soil in one of the parking areas. After some <br />discussion Commissioner Reives moved to let the County Manager deal <br />with this matter up to $10,000.00 and consult with each Board member <br />before proceeding with work. Commissioner Stafford seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner,, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered Tax Releases and Refunds for February, <br />1995. Assistant Tax Administrator Norma Bullard was present and <br />answered questions of the Board. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to <br />approve. Tax Releases and Refunds for February, 1995. Commissioner <br />Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered budget amendment # 03/20/95/18. Finance <br />Director Lisa Minter and Emergency Services Director Warren Lee were <br />present and answered questions of the Board concerning the budget <br />amendment.
