Commissioner Moretz <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the preliminary plat for Max Hall Phase I, Block B to <br />construct a 5-lot subdivision on the south side of Steel Bridge Road. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to approve the recommendation of the <br />Planning Board. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the final plat for Bernice Nicholson, Lot No's 3-6 on the <br />eastern side of Edwards Road. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to <br />approve the recommendation of the Planning Board. Commissioner <br />Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Averett told the Board the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the final plat for Winding Creek Farm Section 7, with a <br />guarantee of $45,000 for construction of approximately 1,380 feet of <br />six-inch water main and street paving. Commissioner Dossenbach moved <br />to approve the recommendation of the Planning Board. Commissioner <br />Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered parking assignments for the new <br />courthouse/jail/law enforcement center.
