ao~ts 16 eac~ 3 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF <br />THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />J <br />MAY 1, 1995 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County <br />of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 9:00 A.M. in the <br />Commissioners' Room at the Lee County Government Center, 106 <br />Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina. Commissioners' present <br />were Jimmie M. Cox; John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; J. <br />Douglas Moretz; Robert T. Reives; William C. Stafford, Jr.; and <br />Gordon A. Wicker. <br />Chairman Garner presided and the following business was <br />transacted: <br />Rev. Charles Huggins, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church <br />delivered the invocation. <br />The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the April 17, <br />1995, regular meeting. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve the <br />minutes as the official record of said meeting. Commissioner Moretz <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered approval of the <br />William Cowan asked the Board to conside <br />Carolina Department of Correction for the <br />the State of North Carolina Department of <br />and Parole for space at the old renovated <br />Dossenbach moved to approve the agenda as <br />addition. Commissioner Stafford seconded <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />agenda. County Manager <br />r a letter to the North <br />purpose of leasing space to <br />Correction, Adult Probation <br />courthouse. Commissioner <br />printed, with the above <br />the motion, and upon a <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Ol <br />1 <br />
