Boon 16 Pai 39 Mr. Steve Boles of 4354 Jefferson Davis Highway, spoke in favor of the request. No one spoke in opposition to the request. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to close the public hearing. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. Commissioner Reives moved to go into Closed Session to consider and give instructions to the County Attorney concerning the handling of a claim. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the Board was in closed session. Following the Board's discussion in closed session, Commissioner Dossenbach moved to go out of the closed session. There being no further business to come before the Board Commissioner Dossenbach moved to adjourn the meeting.
