County Attorney K.R. Hoyle explained to the Board this <br />was the standard agreement that is used for all fire departments. <br />Commissioner Reives moved to approve the agreement with the Cameron <br />Fire Department. After some discussion it was decided to hold work sessions <br />on Thursday, May 18, 1995, and Wednesday, May 31, 1995, from 7:30 <br />A.M. to 10:30 A.M. in the Gordon A. Wicker Community Conference Room. <br />The Board considered an annual renewal contract to audit <br />accounts with the accounting firm of Cherry, Bekaert & Holland. <br />Commissioner Stafford moved to approve the renewal contract to audit <br />accounts. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered the renewal of bonds for the Register of <br />Deeds. County Attorney K.R. Hoyle explained to the Board this bond <br />had expired and a renewal needed to be approved in the amount of <br />$50,000. Commissioner Reives moved to approve the renewal of bonds, <br />in the amount of $50,000 for the Register of Deeds.
