boo 16 Fact 32 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF <br />THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />MAY 15, 1995 <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County <br />of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 4:00 P.M. in the <br />Commissioners' Room at the Lee County Government Center, 106 <br />Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina. Commissioners' present <br />were Jimmie M. Cox; John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; J. <br />Douglas Moretz; Robert T. Reives; William C. Stafford, Jr.; and <br />Gordon A. Wicker. <br />J Chairman Garner presided and the following business was <br />transacted: <br />Rev. Charles Huggins, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church <br />delivered the invocation. <br />The Broad reviewed the draft of the minutes of the May 1, 1995, <br />regular meeting. Commissioner Stafford moved to approve the minutes <br />as the official record of said meeting. Commissioner Reives seconded <br />the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered the draft of the minutes of the May 1, <br />1995, closed session. Commissioner Stafford moved to approve the <br />minutes as the official record of said meeting. Commissioner Reives <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />_ <br />01 <br />The Board considered the draft of the minutes of the May 1, <br />1995, Water and Sewer District No. 1 meeting.
