Commissioners' present were Jimmie M. Cox; John R. <br />Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; J. Douglas Moretz; Robert T. <br />Reives; William C. Stafford, Jr.; and Gordon A. Wicker. Also present <br />for the work session was County Manager William K. Cowan, County <br />Attorney K.R. Hoyle and Finance Director Lisa Minter. <br />Chairman Garner presided and the Board discussed departments' <br />budgets. <br />The meeting adjourned at 8:45 A.M. <br />F.
