Manufactured homes located through the issuance of a <br />Special Use Permit must comply with the foundation <br />enclosure requirements of Article VI, Section 5 and <br />with the provisions pertaining to a manufactured home <br />foundation and anchorage of the manufactured home to <br />the foundation contained in the State of North <br />Carolina Regulations for Manufactured/Mobile Homes." <br />Section 3.
