boo <br />16 <br />Frsf 53 <br />Requ <br />ired <br />Plans <br />Plans shall be submitted and shall show: <br />a) topography of the site, at contour interval no greater than five <br />(5) feet; <br />b) dimensions of the property and adjacent lots and streets; <br />c) location and proposed use of all buildings with dimensions and <br />ground area thereof; <br />d) streets, traffic circulation, and parking areas with spaces; <br />e) service ares, off-street loading facilities, service drives, and <br />dimensions thereon; <br />f), size and location of signs; <br />g) a title, giving the names of the developers, the date, the scale <br />of the plan, and the person or firm preparing the plan; <br />h) proposed landscaping, with property buffers between other uses; <br />i) erosion and sedimentation plan; <br />j) proposed lighting plan. <br />Use: Manufactured Home for Hardship <br />Special Use District <br />RA, RR, RM <br />Minimun Area <br />Same as district requirements for each <br />dwelling (e.g., if minimum lot size of <br />the district is 30,000 square feet, each <br />dwelling will need a minimum lot size of <br />30,000 square feet each for a total of <br />60,000 square feet) <br />Site Considerations <br />The manufactured home is not the principal dwelling on the lot and <br />it complies with the following requirements: <br />a) A temporary permit for parking a manufactured home for use <br />for dwelling purposes to the rear or side of a dwelling <br />and located on the same residential lot as said dwelling <br />may be issued by the zoning Administrator, or his <br />authorized agent, in certain hardship cases where the <br />Planning Board finds each item below as a fact: <br />1. That the person or persons occupying the manufactured <br />home are physically dependent upon the person or persons <br />occupying all or a portion of the principal dwelling <br />unit, or that the person or persons occupying all or a <br />portion of the dwelling unit are physically dependent <br />upon the person or persons occupying the manufactured <br />home; <br />2. That the person or persons occupying the manufactured <br />home and/or dwelling unit, cannot, because of financial <br />or other conditions, move elsewhere to avoid hardship, <br />necessitating parking the manufactured home adjacent to <br />the dwelling unit; <br />3. That the parking of the manufactured home adjacent to the <br />dwelling unit will not create unhealthy or unreasonable <br />living standards; <br />08 <br />
