County Attorney K.R. <br />Hoyle told the Board this was the same agreement as last year, with <br />no change in compensation. Emergency Services Director Warren Lee <br />recommended approval of the renewal contract. Commissioner Reives <br />moved to approve the renewal contract with the medical director for <br />the advanced life support system. Commissioner Stafford seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a proposed agreement with the city of <br />Sanford to collect the city's taxes. County Manager William Cowan <br />told the Board the Sanford Board of Aldermen voted unanimously at <br />their last meeting for Lee County to collect the city's municipal <br />taxes and refuse fees. After some discussion commissioner Reives <br />moved to approve the proposed agreement with the City of Sanford for <br />Lee County to collect the city's taxes and refuse fees. Commissioner <br />Moretz seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />County Manager William Cowan presented the proposed FY 1995-96 <br />Budget to the Board. Commissioner Reives moved to hold a public <br />hearing for the FY 1995-96 Budget on Monday, June 19, 1995, at 7:00 <br />P.M.
