After further discussion Chairman Garner announced <br />the results of the vote - Fisher 3, Hall 1 and Poe 3. <br />Following a second vote of the top two candidiates, the results were <br />as follows: <br />COMMISSIONER <br />Cox <br />Dossenbach <br />Garner <br />Moretz <br />Reives <br />Stafford <br />Wicker <br />VOTED FOR <br />Tom Poe <br />Tom Poe <br />David Fisher <br />David Fisher <br />Tom Poe <br />Tom Poe <br />Tom Poe <br />Chairman Garner asked Vice Chairman William Stafford to preside and <br />he made the motion that there be a unanimous vote for Tom Poe for the <br />Airport Authority. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon <br />a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Reives, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: Moretz <br />The Vice Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted by a six to <br />one vote and Mr. Tom Poe was elected by a majority vote to the <br />Sanford-Lee County Regional Airport Authority. <br />The Board considered two parcels of Board of Education school <br />surplus properties. County Manager William Cowan told the Board the <br />Board of Education had requested a decision from the Commissioners by <br />June 30, 1995, regarding these two properties. The two parcels in <br />question are the Elementary School Agricultural Shop property and <br />7 <br />
