w6k N 72 <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to leave the meetings on a regular <br />basis for August 7th and 21st. Commissioner Reives seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a legal contract with Love & Love, P.A. for <br />legal services. Commissioner Reives moved to approve a legal <br />contract with Love & Love, P.A. for legal services for Child Support <br />Services for the Department of Social Services. Commissioner <br />Stafford seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Cox moved to go into closed session to consult and <br />give instructions to the County Attorney concerning the handling of <br />the civil action brought by Wilmington Mechanical and Piping, Inc. <br />against Lee County. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and <br />upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and <br />the Board was in closed session. Following the Board's discussion in <br />closed session, Commissioner Dossenbach moved to go out of the closed <br />session. Commissioner Stafford seconded the motion, and upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted and recessed the <br />meeting for dinner. <br />Upon returning at 7:00 P.M., with all members present, the <br />meeting resumed. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to hold a joint public hearing <br />01.3 <br />13 <br />
