Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon <br />a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Cox nominated Randy Cox for reappointment; Commissioner <br />Moretz nominated Judge William Christian and Rev. Halvester Gupton <br />for reappointment; and Commissioner Stafford nominated Harold Layton, <br />Kevin Kirkman and Tommy Mullis as reappointments to the Board. <br />Commissioner Cox seconded the nominations, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Stafford moved that Judge William Christian and Richard <br />Powers be allowed to serve an additional term limit because of the <br />soon-to-be vacancy of the Youth Services Director. Commissioner Cox <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: Dossenbach <br />vote. <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted by a six to one <br />The Board considered meeting dates for July and August, 1995. <br />After some discussion Commissioner Stafford moved to only hold one <br />meeting in July on Wednesday, July 12, 1995, at 4:00 P.M. <br />Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />12 <br />
