Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, <br />results were as follows: <br />06/26/95/27. Finance <br />Board. Commissioner <br />06/26/95/27, a copy of <br />reference made a part <br />and upon a vote, the <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Reives left the meeting at this time. <br />The Board considered an agreement with McNair & Sanford, P.A. <br />County Attorney K.R. Hoyle told the Board Mr. Ernest C. Pearson has <br />been retained to draft the incentive agreement concerning the <br />Perkinson land adjoining the Industrial Park. The firm, formerly <br />known as McNair & Sanford P.A., have separated into two firms named <br />McNair Law Firm, P.A. and The Sanford Law Firm, P.L.L.C. Under the <br />the South Carolina Bar rules the McNair firm needs a letter from the <br />County to allow the files to be delivered to The Sanford Law Firm. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve the agreement as outlined by <br />County Attorney K.R. Hoyle. Commissioner Moretz seconded the motion, <br />and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered an agreement with Love & Love P.A. for legal <br />services for the Child Support Enforcement Program. County Attorney <br />K.R. Hoyle told the Board at the last meeting the Board approved a <br />legal contract with Love & Love P.A. relating to services for the <br />Child Support Enforcement Program in the Department of Social <br />Services. A contract between Love & Love and the County will need to <br />be approved. Commissioner Moretz moved to approve the agreement with <br />Love & Love P.A. for legal services for the Child Support Enforcement <br />Program. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />7 <br />
