Tax Administrator Nathan Crissman told the Board <br />these collections are barred by General Statute and cannot be <br />collected because the statute of limitation has expired. After some <br />discussion commissioner Reives moved to approve the write-off of <br />delinquent taxes for 1982, 1983 and 1984. Commissioner Cox seconded <br />the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered Tax Releases and Refunds for June, 1995. <br />Tax Administrator Nathan Crissman answered questions of the Board. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve Tax Releases and Refunds for <br />June, 1995. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered the purchase of a new ambulance for <br />Emergency Medical Services. Emergency Services Director Warren Lee <br />asked the Board to approve the purchase of a new 1995 Ford E350, Type <br />3 ambulance, which was included in his 1995-96 budget. Commissioner <br />Reives moved to approve the purchase of a new ambulance for Emergency <br />Medical services.
