01.1 <br />BOOK 16 130 <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Stafford shared with the Board a poem entitled "You <br />Never Know". <br />Chairman Garner turned the meeting over to Vice-Chairman <br />Stafford and made the motion that when the meeting closes it will be <br />in honor of Commissioner William C. Stafford, Jr. Commissioner <br />Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Vice-Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to go into closed session to <br />consult with the County Attorney concerning a litigation between <br />Wilmington Mechanical and Piping and the County of Lee; and to <br />consider and establish negotiations regarding a proposed employment <br />contract in the Lee County Health Department. Commissioner Moretz <br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and <br />the Board was in closed session. Following the Board's discussion in <br />closed session, Commissioner Reives moved to go out of the closed <br />session. Commissioner Dossenbach seconded the motion, and upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to adjourn the meeting in honor of <br />Commissioner William C. Stafford, Jr. Commissioner Cox seconded the <br />motion, had upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Moretz, Reives, Stafford and <br />Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />11 <br />
