0 BOOK S pr,sE 152 <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Following discussion in the Lee County Water and Sewer District <br />No. 1 meeting, Commissioner Moretz moved to go out of the Water and <br />Sewer District No. 1 meeting. Commissioner Reives seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as following: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and <br />the regular meeting resumed. <br />Commissioner Moretz moved to go into closed session to consult <br />and give instructions to the county Attorney concerning the handling <br />of the civil action brought by Wilmington Mechanical and Piping, Inc. <br />against Lee County and a personnel matter in the Health Department. <br />Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and <br />the Board was in closed session. Following the Board's discussion in <br />closed session, commissioner Dossenbach moved to go out of closed <br />session. Commissioner Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Moretz moved to pay Mrs. Phyllis Lowry $40,000 per <br />year (above step one) while she is serving as Interim Health Director <br />for the Lee County Health Department effective August 10, 1995. <br />Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />There being no further business <br />commissioner Moretz moved to adjourn <br />Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a <br />follows: <br />to come before the Board, <br />the meeting.
