Commissioner Reives asked <br />the Board to consider this resolution for the Lee County School <br />Administrative Office to respond to information he had previously <br />asked for but has of yet not received. After much discussion <br />commissioner Moretz moved to approve the resolution asking the Lee <br />County School Administrative office to respond to information <br />requested by Commissioner Reives and to include information <br />justifying the request in the 1995-96 budget for an acitivity bus and <br />commodity truck and non-instructional equipment. Commissioner <br />Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: Dossenbach <br />vote. <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted by a five to one <br />The Board considered a Univers Appraisal Enhancements and <br />Support Agreement for the Tax Department. Tax Administrator Nathan <br />Crissman asked the Board to approve this agreement in the amount of <br />$10,500. After some discussion commissioner Moretz moved to approve <br />the Univers Appraisal Enhancements Agreement for the Tax Department. <br />Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Moretz and Reives <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered charges for copies from the Tax Department. <br />010 <br />3 <br />
